Actors Fund announces several affordable housing lotteries

The Actors Fund has just announced new high-end, rent-stabilized apartments for middle- and middle-income households along the waterfront in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Through the lottery, you can apply now for affordable apartments for eligible households with a combined annual income between $51,463 and $192,400. With a stabilized rental lease, you will realize huge savings over time compared to market rents in the same buildings and also enjoy many advantages.

These stunning waterfront towers in Greenpoint and Mott Haven offer stunning views from impressive floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end countertops and finishes, and in-home washer/dryers. *Community amenities include 24/7 concierge, keyless entry, co-working lounge, fitness center/yoga studio, outdoor patio with pool and outdoor grilling stations, and much more . (*Additional charges may apply for certain amenities)

Register and the Brookfield team will contact you with details on how to apply for live lotteries or send once again open alerts.

To apply NOW and take advantage of savings on rent and other incentives, create an account on NYC Housing Connect (income eligibility and application deadlines vary by property.) You can also join us for an informative webinar at how to apply successfully.
