Get your kinky boots and uggs ready – Kath and Kim drag bingo are coming to Camden | Camden-Narellan Advertiser

Calling all foxymorons, hornbags and purveyors of fine meats – Kath and Kim Drag Bingo are coming to Camden Civic Center next month.

Drag queens Prada Clutch and Conchita Grande will host the special event on Saturday, March 26.

Clutch said the show was the perfect opportunity to relax and laugh.

“We’ve done two shows in Camden before, but this one will be a little different – it’ll be more interactive, there’ll be bingo and it’s a chance to dress up,” she said.

“It’s also a good chance to have a laugh – which I think is really important right now.

“We love coming to Camden because the people are so real. They say exactly how they feel, there’s no pity and we love interacting with real people.”

Clutch will play fan-favorite Kath Day Knight, originally played by Jane Turner, during the show.

“Grow up watching Kath and Kim you learn all the one-liners and dialogue from the show,” she said.

“But when I dress up as an older foxymoron, I can’t stop laughing. I love playing with her.

“She can literally get away with saying whatever she wants, she’s been offending her daughter all night.

“I lose it quite often and start laughing. It’s just a really funny night.”

Clutch said tickets for the event were selling out quickly.

“Get your tickets everyone – there are only a handful of tickets left for each show.

“We have ‘yuge’ prizes to give away and Kim is looking ‘yuge’ right now too with her COVID body.”

Punters have the chance to split $1,000 in cash and prizes on offer each night.

“We’ve got a best-dressed award, so roll your A game. Hit Noni B, Dotti or Witchery,” Clutch said.

“Sharon is known for making a lot of appearances – people love to dress up as her.

“But we encourage you to go far – we’ve seen a lot of Kath, Kim and Kel but we’ve never seen anyone come as Cujo.”

Kath and Kim Drag Bingo will take place on Saturday, March 26 at Camden Civic Center with two shows at 6 and 9 p.m.

It’s sure to be noise, different and unusual.
