Ipswich Police will support Crime Stoppers’ Alphabet Bingo Night

The Ipswich Crime Stoppers Volunteer Committee will hold their first fundraising event of the year on Friday March 25 from 6.30pm with Eyes Down and the first game from 7pm at Ipswich Sports Club, Leichhardt.

Sergeant Webster, who just celebrated his 20th anniversary with Crime Stoppers, is the official caller and host of the evening.

What Alphabet Bingo Did I Hear You Ask?

It is very similar to Bingo, but the playing cards are a single card with red and black letters rather than numbers.

You can play more than one card at a time. They cost $5 per card to buy overnight, and you can reuse the same card for each different game.

There will be lots of great prizes and lots of fun for all ages.

Meals and refreshments will also be available for purchase on site from 5:30 p.m.

This puts the FUN back into FUNDRAISING. Launch your bingo while supporting Crime Stoppers.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, reservations are essential through https://www.trybooking.com/BXHXL.

Following anonymous information provided to Crime Stoppers Queensland, the District of Ipswich in December had three people arrested on nine counts. Crime Stoppers is making a difference in our local community.
