The Gosford brothers share a super jackpot of $100,000 at lucky lotteries

Two Gosford brothers take the term ‘brotherly love’ to the next level – with the intention of splitting their $100,000 Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot win.

The New South Wales pair took home the 1st prize of $100,000 in the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot Draw 10569, drawn on Thursday, May 12, 2022.

A manager from The Lott called one of the Central Coast players, who revealed he was busy at work and was completely unaware of their life-enhancing win.

“I had no idea! I’m so shocked,” he laughed.

“I’m just at work now so it’s a big disruption to my day. It made the day so much better!

“It’s fantastic. Frankly, thank you very much.

“I’ve been playing since the jackpot started going up. I was hoping to hit the jackpot, but this is awesome.

“I still play Lucky Lotteries with my brother – so this prize will be split between us. He’s going to be thrilled!

“I’m going to have to call him after that and tell him the news.” We’ll probably have a few beers to celebrate and mark this exciting occasion.

“I think we’ll both use our award to pay our bills and move forward.

“You made my week, and no doubt my brother’s too!”

Their winning entry of ten consecutive numbers was purchased online at thelott.com – the official home of Australian lotteries.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $9.89 million for the 1572 draw, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $12.87 million for the 10570 draw.

In 2021, 127 Lucky Lotteries 1st prize and jackpot winning entries across Australia won over $32.95 million.
